Transfer Rumour - Spurs Linked With £11m Swoop For Unhappy Liverpool Man
Liverpool ace Ryan Babel is reportedly looking to move on for regular football during the ongoing transfer window, with Tottenham Hotspur said to be his next possible destination.
The 22-year-old forward joined the Anfield side in 2007 from AFC Ajax and delivered some top class performances, but has still failed to find himself a regular place in the Reds starting XI.
Earlier during the season, the Dutch international was reported to be unhappy at not getting to play regularly. He had however maintained that he will stay on at Rafa Benitez's side.
However, according to reports, Spurs are planning a £11million move for Babel as manager Harry Redknapp is keen on bolstering the attack at the north-London club.
