Liverpool boss Benitez defends Torres substitution
Liverpool boss Rafa Benitez defended his decision to substitute Fernando Torres during last night's 1-1 draw with Everton.
Benitez took off Torres just two minutes before Tim Cahill scored Everton's equaliser and said: "He was really tired, so it was the sensible thing to do. 'We can't change what happened but we are in a very good position and have to be positive."
