Juventus Make €30m Offer To Valencia For David Silva

After scouting the player earlier in the week, it is now believed that La Vecchia Signora have tabled an initial bid for Los Che’s star winger.

Spanish sports daily AS believes that Serie A giants, Juventus have made an offer to financially-struggling Primera Division outfit, Valencia, to sign David Silva.

Radio Valencia-Cadena SER has reported that the Turin side, who sent their sporting director, Alessio Secco to Seville in midweek to watch Silva in action for Spain against England, contacted the a Valencia representative, Jose Vicente Segui, and tabled a €30 million offer: €25 million cash up front and another €5 million based on performances and achievements.

Despite Valencia’s refusal to sell their star players and Silva’s own recent admission that he is not looking to leave the Mestalla, Secco is still persistent on snapping up the 23-year-old and he has even requested a formal meeting with Los Che president, Vicente Soriano some time next week.

It is also believed that Juve will offer the player a five-year contract with an estimated salary of €4.5 million per season.
