Man City, Arsenal target Toure reveals offers
Barcelona midfielder Yaya Toure admits he's received an offer for next season.
Toure is a target for Arsenal and Manchester City and told El Mundo: “There’s a concrete offer and a proposition, but what I want to do is retire here. I said in a recent interview that hanging up my boots here would be an honour.
“I will only move on if I realise that I have lost the energy to defend my team-mates. Or when I feel I have lost the strength to run from the midfield to the opposite box.
“My agent is dealing with my future. He puts the pressure, that’s part of his job. I’m thankful to him because he helped me a lot throughout my career.
“As far as I’m concerned I feel relaxed, and I never moved anywhere for money but for sporting matters.
“I want to insist that moving from Barca never crossed my mind. I’m focused on giving everything to this team and to this club.”
