Inter Milan are keen on taking Ricardo Carvalho from Chelsea Football Club.
Nerazzurri coach Jose Mourinho is a huge fan of the central defender, and he paid almost £20million to sign him when he was manager at Stamford Bridge in 2004.
Reports in Italy claim the Portuguese coach has made the 30-year-old his top target for the summer, and is willing to offload Ricardo Quaresma in exchange.
The winger is currently on loan at the Blues, but it would be surprising if they agree to let Carvalho head to the San Siro as part of any deal to sign him permanently.
Since arriving in England, the former Porto star has formed a superb partnership with John Terry at the heart of the London club’s back four.
