Liverpool to go for Bordeaux ace
Liverpool Football Club have entered the race for Marouane Chamakh.
The Bordeaux striker is rated as one of the best strikers in the French league, and he boasts 12 goals in just 34 international appearances for Morocco.
The 24-year-old is expected to leave Ligue 1 for one of Europe’s top-leagues in the summer, with the Premier League said to be his preferred choice.
Arsenal and Tottenham Hotspur have already been linked with Chamakh, yet they may miss out to Liverpool who are plotting a £5million bid.
