Manchester City plot final £12million Gunners bid
Manchester City Football Club will make a final bid for Kolo Toure before February 2.
Mark Hughes is keen to bolster his back four at Eastlands during the course of the winter transfer window, and the Ivory Coast international has long been his first choice.
It was reported earlier this month that an offer of £10million was discussed but rejected by Arsenal, who are now bracing themselves for an improved and official bid for the player.
The Times claim Hughes will table an offer of £12million for Toure before the weekend, yet Arsene Wenger is likely to resist all bids to part with the 27-year-old in mid-season.
