Liverpool FC are close to completing a £15m move for Bayern Munich winger Xherdan Shaqiri.
Shaqiri, 22, admitted last month he was ready to quit Bayern after failing to establish himself as a first-team regular since the arrival of Pep Guardiola as manager.
And the newspaper claims the Swiss international is turning down a move to Manchester United in order to play Champions League football at Anfield.
